  • The YT type vertical liquid packaging line consists of the VFFS machine, piston liquid filler and the packaged bag conveyor. This automatic packaging line is widely used for packaging of liquid materials in food, medicine and chemistry industry, such as sauce, paste, oil, lotion and more. It is suitable for pillow bag packaging.
Packaging machine
  • The packaging machine is controlled by a Panasonic servo motor with a single/double film drawing system used to ensure the film transporting stability and bag forming smoothness.
  • An SMC/Airtac air cylinder helps to improve bag sealing properties and reduces failure rates.
  • PLC control, Panoramic driver and Wienview highly sensitive touch screen feature simple operations and high degree of automation with an easy HMI.
  • The operation system supports a variety of languages, including English, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Korean, Persian, and more.
  • External film unwind apparatus simplifies film changeovers.
  • Standard code printer uses intermittent ribbon coding to ensure the color fastness of the printed date.
Piston liquid filler

A semi-automatic piston liquid filler is used with a specialized three-way check valve system to improve the filling precision.

Packaged bag conveyor
  • Driven by micro motors, the finished bags are conveyed to the platform with lower noise and higher smoothness.
  • Belt transportation. Standard height: 1200mm.
  • Customized service from design to production is available according to on-site conditions. Users can choose a PVC belt, stainless steel chains or PVC chains as your conveyor.
  • The conveying capacity is up to 60-80 bags per minute.
