• Customer needs: due to the increasing demand for biscuit products, the customer needs to buy automatic packaging machinery to improve the production efficiency.
• Problem: Manual packaging provides 10 bags/min and requires 5-6 operators, resulting in low production speed and high production cost.

Following customer needs, we customized the large-scale automatic packaging machine with 10-head weigher to satisfy customers’ production requirements.

According to factory requirements, SOONK specially customized the automatic conveyor for automatic feeding and packaging, which achieves full automation. This automatic biscuit packing machine comes with automatic assembly line operation and automatic packaged bag discharge. The packaging line consists of 10 sets of SK-L420 automatic vertical form fill seal machine with volumetric cup filler, 10 sets of 10-head weigher, 10 sets of supporting platform, 10 sets of finished product conveyor and 2 sets of conveying systems.

Z-type bucket conveyor is used to lift the materials to combined weigher for metering and then transfer the targeted gram of materials into the packaging machine, and finally the finished bags are discharged by the finished bag conveyor. This achieves automatic lifting, measuring, filling, bag sealing and date printing.
