The VFFS packaging machine is featured with compact and durable construction, and simple design.
It comes with a photoelectric sensor and stepping motor for driving film pulling, allowing for reliable, stable, and quiet running.
The vertical bagger is designed with frequency conversion speed regulation, ensuring more stable operation, lower noise, and lower failure rate.
Due to high levels of automation, the operations are automatically performed in one machine, including dosing, filling, bag forming, printing, output.
The finished product is triangular in shape.
Volumetric cup filler
4 sets of adjustable volumetric cups are equipped. The volume of the cup is adjusted by tightening or loosening the screw beneath the turntable. Suitable for free-flowing granular items such as cereals, nuts, pet food, snacks and etc.
Fixed or mobile brushes are equipped to prevent filling materials breaking.
